Tranquillity or Lack Thereof

Everything has me on edge.  Even a surf session with optimal conditions didn’t leave my mind any clearer.  A good nights sleep will hopefully bring me back at ease.

3 Time Zones and 4 Currencies

New York to Dominican Republic to New York to Ireland.  Ireland is a constant party.  Everyone I meet is awesome.  It’s true, the Guinness is better here.  I haven’t slept in weeks.  I’m still never ready to come home.

The End

One of the first people I walked passed in Ireland was wearing a Montauk The End hoodie

Off to Ireland

The rest of the trip in the Dominican Republic was wild, but great. Been back home for 2 days. Sitting at a bar in the airport waiting to take off for Ireland. I’ll land there at 9:30 tomorrow morning. Bon voyage to me

Waves and Motobikes

So the waves have picked up, still not what we expected but its been real fun.  Met some great people.  When we got here 5 days ago we were the only Americans along with all Europeans, now there is one European and the rest of us are New Yorkers.  We’ve since rented moto-bikes and drove 55 kilometer away alongside some of the most erratic driving I’ve ever encountered.  We got some flats along the way back causing us to drive nearly 3 hours in the pitch black, yet we made it back alive… luckily.  Everyone from the camp is going to an authentic Indian dinner tonight, sitting on the ground and eating out of banana leaves.  I don’t wanna leave.  See you in 6 days Ireland.

Dominicana

Cabarete is a sweet place. The locals are pretty cool. Surf camp is cool. We’re the only Americans. Pretty awesome. Hope the waves pick up, should go big by Friday. Post some videos when and if this internet picks up, probably not. E
